The kouky video file format has been developed by Pikilipita. It's purpose is to provide video files small ( and weak ) devices can handle much easier than .mov, .avi or .mp4 files format.
Colors are coded in RGB 565 + alpha channel.
Tested on Windows 7 and quickly on Windows XP.
Quicktime player must be installed
Compress as kouky 18 and 19

Compress as kouky 17
Prepare your footage
Choose a video loop. Check limitations of the kouky format. Convert it to a quicktime movie.
Compress your footage to the k18 or k19 format
Start Kouky
Load your quicktime movie
Choose a compression quality rate: 1 or 2 should be fine.
Press the K17 or K18 button.
If the amount of "tiles" reaches 65 000, kouky will crash. If so, increase the compression rate and retry.
When the compression is completed, a kouky file will be created next to your footage source.
Prepare your footage

Compress your footage to the k17, k18 or k19 format
Start Kouky
Load your quicktime movie
Choose a compression quality rate: 1 or 2 should be fine.
Press the "compress" button
K17 and K18:
If the amount of "tiles" reaches 65 000, the compression will be aborted. If so, increase the compression rate and retry.
When the compression is completed, a kouky file will be created next to your footage source.
